Coach Trips To Berkeley Castle & Dr Jenner’s House

Book A Trip To Berkeley Castle & Dr Jenner’s House With Berrys Coaches

Berkeley Castle

Berkeley Castle is the oldest Castle in England to have been lived in by the same family that built it almost 900 years ago.

King Edward II was gruesomely murdered here; there are also fascinating historical links with Henry VIII, William Shakespeare, Queen Elizabeth I, Francis Drake and Edward Jenner.

Many period dramas have been filmed here, most recently Wolf Hall, The Hollow Crown, Poldark & The White Princess.

Stroll around 8 acres of terraced gardens and grounds.  Stop off at our beautiful Kitchen Garden Cafe, set in our Historic Walled Garden and browse our Gift Shop.

Dr Jenner’s House

From his home in Berkeley, Dr Jenner’s House, Museum and Gardens tells the story of the pioneering Gloucestershire scientist Edward Jenner (1749-1823) and his ongoing legacy of vaccination.
