Superfast Fare Changes

superfast fares to increase from 1st june 2023

Berrys Coaches are reluctantly raising the prices for our London to Westcountry Superfast services from 1^st June 2023.

The price rise will absorb the fuel surcharge which had been put in place last year.

If the previous fuel surcharge is taken into account then Adult Day Returns will rise from £28 to £32, Period Returns from £32 to £36 and Open Returns from £35 to £39. Changes are also made in line with this for Child and Senior Citizen fares. We are pleased that Single fares will remain unchanged.

We know that our customers are all feeling the financial squeeze at the moment so we have done our best to keep this increase as low as we can. Like everyone, we have seen a rise in overheads within the last twelve months which include wages, and the rising cost of new vehicles and vehicle parts.

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not hide behind variable pricing schemes but instead try to be as open with our customers as we can over the amount they pay. We also let our customers have a price without hidden extras, there is no booking fee, for example, no extra charge to reserve a seat or make an amendment.
